Special
concerts: We try to arrange concerts
in the New Orleans (Revival) Style with
musicians from Europe, Australia, Japan or
even from New Orleans, who have won their
spurs in this jazz style. And we are looking
for very particular venues where the
concerts take place.

Every five year we want to honour
a musician or organisation who
had a tremendous
impact on the New Orleans Jazz Style by
presenting the George Lewis Memorial Award.
|
On 7th
January 2000 the first George Lewis Memorial Award 2000 was
offered to the famous Sammy Rimington for his invaluable
contribution to New Orleans jazz through concerts, recordings
and organizing tours with New Orleans musicians.
