  We are very grateful to Eberhard Kraut,  
  Leonberg, Germany, expert in the knowledge
  about all different types of clarinets used by
  the legendary musicians of the New Orleans
  jazz style and to the designers Tom Peters in
  Nijmegen, The Netherlands and Kjeld Brandt
  in Copenhagen, Denmark. Tom Made a first
  sketch of a logo for our society.  Thereby he
  met the problem of finding a correct  drawing
  of a clarinet type used by George Lewis.

Fortunately we got the answer to our question from
Eberhard. He sent us a drawing of an Albert system
clarinet of French Buffet make, George’s favourite in
the forties and the fifties of the 20^th century.
Kjeld, also clarinettist-leader of New Orleans Delight,
one of the best New Orleans jazz style bands in
Denmark, improved the logo and was responsable for
the design of our “house style”.
